Jerk Ribeye


Ingredients
  • 4 beef rib eye steaks cut 1” thick 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt  
  • 2 teaspoons thyme  
  • 2 teaspoons ginger 
  • 2 teaspoons allspice  
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1. In small bowl combine rub ingredients then sprinkle each side of the steaks well with the mixture.

2. Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes per side.
